When we uploaded our photos this weekend we found a few pictures from our trip to Upton House and Gardens including this prescient one of the place where I fell, behind the trees roughly where the arrow points.
It has been a slightly strange couple of weeks for Ben, with Daddy just sitting on the settee with his leg up, not really able to play very much. Sometimes Ben brings books for Daddy to read to him and once or twice they have sat and watched TV together but Ben is a little boy who is pretty much always on the move. He is fascinated by the crutches and has been known to carry them off leaving Daddy even more limited in what he can do. They're a bit big for you Ben!

Glad to hear you're making (slow) progress, Mark.
Ben - you do make me smile!
Brilliant pictures as always, I had to laugh at the idea of Ben carrying the crutches away - poor Mark! How about more time on Facebook, I can challenge you to some word games?
At least the Euro Cup is on, Tiny Tim!
Knitting? Now THAT I would like to see.
Hope you heal quickly. Are you a grumpy bugger when you're laid up, or a sweet and patient convalescent?
Heather - Not sure about knitting. Although as Debbie is learning to do all the traditional man jobs (lawn mowing, putting the rubbish out) so maybe I should take it up. Lucy - Not too hot on the Facebook word games either - on a losing streak at the moment.
Generally not too bad being laid up - feel more guilty than anything else but actually I really can't do anything!
My ankle has come out in sympathy - I'm hobbling around here with my trekking pole. Can I borrow a crutch?
Buy World of Warcraft. You'll be damaging your leg just to get more game-time. You might even forget to eat and drink at the correct times.
Hey Debbie, I'm in danger of having to learn how to mow the lawn too if Stephen's foot doesn't get better soon, help!
